ChatGPT hates humans

Why does this keep happening? First, it provides an answer extremely slowly and then this error pops up. Anyone know what it is?

well this is a new one...

for what its worth, my custom instructions are about programming and ai, cause thats generally how i use chatgpt. This is the beginning of the conversation, after i nagged it, it was able to answer a bit better.
