Is there a joke I’m missing here on this t-shirt?

I bought this t-shirt because it was $3 and too ridiculous to not buy in the moment. I understand that it’s a Bill Gates quote and I suppose the Bill/Kill Bill conection makes sense because of the name. I feel like there’s something I’m missing but I suppose it could just be a purposely ridiculous shirt. I’m totally overthinking a $3 shirt, that much is obvious, but does anyone have any ideas? TIA
