Which one is the superior choice?

So me and my flatmate want to settle a debate. Which one is the better one for daily use? The 1.4 L yeti, which is of course isolated and shit, but heavy and large. Or the 1 L Nalgene which is lighter and easier to pack for daily stuff, like gym etc. Now we want Reddit to decide!
