What’s happening in Kinglake?

I was watching the rain radar early today as I had washing on the clothesline, just to keep an eye out for the forecasted rain. I did notice what looked like a ‘storm’ over Kinglake. I jumped on again a few hours later and it’s still sitting there - not really moving, which is odd as the rest of the weather is moving. Is it a glitch? Or a fire? Or something else?
