Baked in the oven in a cast Iron skillet at 500°F. Classic Italian Prosciutto and Basil Pizza with Marinara Sauce and a mix of 4 Cheese. Excellent Frico edge crust, good color at bottom (extra images on my profile. Excellent crumb and texture as a result of Long fermentation.
