Help with analyzing the provisional income tax

I came to the netherlands in March 2022 with a salary of of 56k ( including a fixed amount for transportation,arround 600 a month). I filled the normal tax form for 2022 but they asked to fill the M-form. I used the information that was automatically filled in the initial form. I then received this provisional income tax shown in the picture. Do you have any idea what does it mean? PS: I have the 30% rulling.
