We’ve been without water for a couple days due to it being a holiday weekend when this started leaking. What kind of financial damage are we looking at for something this small and easy to access?

2 handle shower valve with set screw from inside fell off. How to remove

You can see the screw on the inside but the backside of this shows no way to get to a set screw. Any ideas ?

Does the Send line to the septic tank need fall like normal plumbing? I'm wondering if I can get away with running with minimal fall because it's pumping and not relying on gravity. I'm in Ontario, Canada.

Washer drain suddenly overflowing ? Help!

Why would my washer drain suddenly start overflowing at the drain pipe. we checked the drain pipe and p-trap with an auger and nothing came up. It’s been working fine for over a year and now within a few seconds of it doing the drain cycle, it overflows and I have to stop the washer.

Just an example of what copper looks like when a pinhole develops at a joint. This sucker decided to fail in the middle of the night, and by complete coincidence I found it at 130am as I was putting one of the dogs up for the night. Completely flooded under brand new laminate.

Clawfoot faucet reccomendation

Looking for a reccomendations for a new faucet for a clawfoot tub. The tub has two holes like all the old ones. Looking to do a faucet with a hand shower and add the riser for a regular shower head to. I see a lot of options from brands I'm not familiar with. Didn't see any from Delta or American standard. The Kohler versions are more than I would hope to pay. Curious if these unheard of brands are up to par. Pic of style I'm looking for.

Found this on our property, just above a spring fed pond, any ideas what this could be for? We have several buildings around, but not below this, all water is gravity fed, and unfortunately no blueprints of the lines. Thanks in advance

How to replace?

So the shower head (manufactured home) in our main bathroom sprays everywhere from being over tightened or just old. I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction of how/ what parts to look for to replace it. Thank you for any help.
