I apologize if this isn't sub appropriate. But, can anyone tell me if my friends cat is girl or boy? She was told boy and is questioning it now. I have no idea how to tell the difference on a "fixed" cat.

Cat sick

This is my cat Milky age 3, he has gone to the vet a couple times, he used to be super sweet and outgoing, but like most cats kept to himself sometimes, he developed Bladder crystals, and I’ve been giving him meds (he finished antibiotics, but we continued pain meds & bladder relaxers) and he’s been placed on special food, and the vet said he should be fine after we finished the first doses, but he seems worse and weak, he eats and drinks but sleeps under my sink and won’t move, I brought him downstairs for the first time while holding him he dug his head in my arm and peed and pooped on the floor and idk if he still has crystals or just ptsd from the vet but one days I didn’t give him the meds and he sounded and acted like in pain and angry, and my mom said if he doesn’t get better we might have to put him down. Cause we spent $2800 already

Cat is having trouble walking/sitting/laying and can’t lift his tail.

At 4am when he woke me up he was fine. At 7am when I woke up I found him painfully walking, couldn’t lift his tail and having trouble laying and sitting. I took him to the emergency vet where they did an X-ray, that didn’t show anything. We were sent home with pain meds/anti-inflammatory pills. It’s been a day now and he’s still acting like he’s in pain and I’m just so sad. I can ever see his leg muscles/back/stomach quivering sometimes. He’s in a spare bedroom with his bed, litter box, food and water. He’s been eating but not drinking much but he has peed in the litter box a few times today which is good. Does anyone have experience with these symptoms and how long will they last? I just want him better and able to move around again

I came home the other day and my cat had a bald patch on his head, thoughts?

It seems rather large to have developed in a day. I don’t see any fleas anywhere on him and he doesn’t seem to be scratching at it

Help adjusting

Recently got this little bean (she was abandoned by her mother at 2 weeks so we took her in) she’s now 4/5 weeks and we’ve switched her to soft food but she refuses to drink water unless it’s in a baby bottle. So far I have had no issues with this but I’m concerned because I have school tomorrow and I’m afraid if I give her food to last throughout the day she may not get the proper food:drink ratio she needs. If anyone has any tips for getting her to start drinking out of a small bowl or platter it would be greatly appreciated
