How to revive my marble loaf cake

Few days back I made a marble loaf cake for the second time and it worked out! Tho not sweet but with milk tea it’s good. Ngl was hurt when family didn’t want to try it since it’s not “sweet” but there lose. Right now it’s dry then when it first came out, any advice on how to revive it back? P.S I don’t have a microwave or an oven (made it with Air fryer)

Made a cake for my grandma’s 90th birthday.

I had to cut out gluten recently and I still wanted to be able to eat cake so I made a gluten free strawberry cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. It was also my first attempt at writing with icing and more complicated flower piping.
