I used the Sally’s Baking recipe for lemon bars… with a twist!

I added powdered ginger and diced candied ginger to the shortbread crust, and made the filling with a mix of lemon, lime, orange, and passionfruit juices. They turned out amazing!! So rich and tangy and creamy.

Fix lopsided bread?

How do I fix this lopsidedness? It's an ATK recipe, and I bake it more towards the front of the oven on a stone, with a water tray. I've started scoring it but it always seems to tear 🤷‍♂️

Big fail on the crumb top but at least my Saskatoon muffins taste good

Will this work on a fondant cake? If not why?
