What happens if a moth flies into ps5?

Context: a moth came into my room and I can’t find where it went, worst case scenario it ends up in here, so I actually don’t know if it’s in here.

So at first I couldn't get a signal on my PlayStation and now my HDMI port is completely jacked and won't even support a cord

I can’t refund either because they were under the same transaction. How does this happen. It’s not like I have both version in my library. Do you think calling playstiation support will do anything. Has this happened to any of you

Problems with my trophies

Hello, I hope everyone is well. I have a question about my trophies. I recently switched from PS4 to PS5 and downloaded all the game files and data. When I installed them on the PS5, everything is fine, but the trophies are starting over. I had MK11 at 85% completion, and now it shows like I'm starting from scratch. Does anyone know why or how I can recover that data?
