Can someone remove the guy with glasses and brighten up the guy on the right a bit?

Was wondering if anyone could help unblur or upscale this photograph of my grandfather. He was my age when he jumped into Normandy and this is one of the last pieces that we have of his service. Thank you for your time and any help you can give.
