Mango pineapple habanero pico chicken
Pico -
1 diced Mango
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 diced white onion
Whole garlic bulb minced
1 jalapeno diced
2 habanero thinly diced
2 larger roma tomatoes diced
Juice from one lime
2tbsp avacado oil
Salt to flavor
Mix all and cover in fridge up to 4 hours. Let flavors meld.
Add to fish chicken or whatever else you want. Enjoy
