Hi all, In my apartment I have a panel like this , which i couldn’t find any screw to open it It seems like a very popular type in Netherlands, so you know how can I open it ? I want to change all dimmer switch to regular switch , and i found multiple regular switch from Gamma , but how can i check with one will fit to mine ? Or they are universal here ? Vespa/scooter sidecar

Looking at getting my first scooter then had the maybe crazy idea of getting a sidecar to go with it for my partner and maybe my dog. I have a regular AM license. Is a sidecar legal? Do I need any other licenses? TIA
