i have seen the 1999 blastoise bonus pack with 11 cards range in price from 3-400 dollars to 5k on ebay….how can there be such a radical range in price???? this is my pack

Dashrath Manjhi spent 22 years of his life carving a path through a mountain. Armed with just a hammer and chisel, so that his villagers could access the local hospital. In 2015, his story was released as a film, a tribute to the man who challenged a flawed and negligent system.
