Can someone help me make a pc for my little brother’s birthday?

Hi, my little brother’s birthday is coming up soon and I was hoping to upgrade his old pc. He had a difficult last few years so I want him to at kleast have some comfort if he needs to. IMPORTANT NOTE: He bought an AMD RYZEN 5 5600 and a MB GBT AMD AM4 B550M DS3H AC. He has yet to install them both. How would you upgrade this? I don’t have that much money, what change would be the most important and has the most impact?

WiFi card

Following up my previous post about card vs USB device I've decided to go with a card. Here is a screenshot of my new (to me) PC specs (not sure what case I have but it's BIG) What card would work well with these specs? I'm not too worried that case size will get in the way there's a lot of room yet to upgrade which is half why I got this PC.

When I launch steam, the taskbar displays the generic application icon instead of the steam icon. I have tried deleting the icon cache folder, also DISM and SFC, and reinstalling Steam but nothing is working. Any help is appreciated.
