The most ram Ive ever used in a game. And it’s Minecraft. 4k texture packs with ray tracing shaders

EA App requires user to have 260GB of free space (twice of system requirement) for 1.5GB of Jedi Survivor update. Also low download rate when updating and Sign in forever doesn't work. Frustrating skill issue...

Thinking about building a new PC

Does this look like a good build? I want a gaming pc that I can also use as a work station. It looks like a really good price for the ram, storage, and graphics card, but the i5 turns me off a little

To elaborate: I'm not a hardcore gamer, I don't care that much about all the individual specs, I just want something powerful enough to run most games well and without lag. I might use it for streaming, video editing, and very possibly 3d modeling. Are the cpu and GPU combo good enough for what I need?
