Fat stains on Parquet floor

Good morning. We have a wooden parquet floor in our apartment. My little feral goblin of a cat managed to get hold of a roasted chicken thigh and dragged it down the corridor eating is as she went. I have tried different mixes of dish soap/warm water/vinegar. All I have seen in terms of results is removal of the greasiness. However the demarkation is still showing. Any ideas?

This patch of mold keeps appearing on the bathroom door where we hang our towels. I assume it’s the moisture from the used towels that are causing this (we are no longer hanging the towels there). I have bleached twice to remove and it keeps returning. Are there any solutions to remove this permanently without replacing the whole door?
