Friend found this guy in the house; what kind of spider is this? Are they venomous?

Would like to escort outside, but not at the risk of a dangerous bite. Washington state, a couple inches big.

Need help with figuring out this bug

CT, USA based. Found this small (probably around 1/8th of an inch) in bug running around on top of my freezer. I killed it with the napkin but couldn’t figure out what it was. It has wings, so I thought it might be a large gnat (we have been having a gnat issue in my home) but I’m not sure because it was scurrying around the freezer but not flying. I’m nervous it might be a roach, but not sure since it has wings and is fairly small. Sorry for a not great picture, what’s in a bit of a panic when I found it
