Could someone improve the quality of the photo in the face area?

Can someone please restore this photo? It is for a funeral. I will tip and be very grateful for your help.

I’d love for someone to colorize, clarify/improve this 1956 photo of my late father and his mother in Greece. I will pay, this would be so meaningful to my family. There is a pink stain above them in the photo, if that could be removed at all, I’d be so happy.
