I cooked chicken from frozen in my instant pot for the first time. It’s definitely chicken that is cooked.

It’s actually not that bad, I’ve primarily had two kinds of chicken in my life, raw (dining hall food) and overcooked to the point of being almost leather (sorry mom). All things considered, this was pretty decent. Seasoned with copious amounts of garlic pepper, a bit of black pepper, and salt. I will definitely be trying this again, but putting it on the little rack things that comes along with it so it doesn’t get the boiled chicken texture. It’s generic Walmart chicken though so it can only get so good, haha.

Roasted originally in the oven, froze for later, roasted in the oven again at 350 for an hour. The potatoes are also nearly raw.
