Help. I dont know what happened

Some of you may have heard that starfield released on 5 day early access to people who got the premium edition of the game. I was one of the people who didnt. I thought i would have to wait till release day on September 6 but i got to play it yesterday on the 5th. I came back to see if can play it again this morning and i see that it says i need to purchase it. I restarted my xbox to see if it was a glitch. No. I check the store. Said I need to buy it. So i thought it accidentally refunded my game. I uninstalled and checked my library and it was not there. When i went to check both my credit card history and my microsoft order history, credit card said i never bought it and microsoft said it was declined. If anyone can even help me know whats happening thank you
