Why do my specific images fail?

I’ve seen midjourney create beautiful futuristic world scapes but a simple prompt of two items never seems to work. Am I not being descriptive enough?

Told MidJourney to create T-shirts with a word on them so it would come up with funny gibberish words. Got this instead.
