Uber getting real greedy lately

Can anyone please explain how Uber is getting away with this? This was the response I received after 2 hours since my original complaint. Also my last ‘appeasement’ was 8 months ago so not sure why my account is restricted. There’s gotta be something we can do about this greed

I understand times are hard but as drivers nobody should be taking orders for this amount. It just opens the door for cheap customers & for Uber to pay us pennies. Have some dignity guys, sheesh 🤦🏾‍♀️

So I ordered some food and all of a sudden the app says it's unavailable this is the 2nd time this has happened to me

Unable to complete the stuff to opt in to deliver tobacco and alcohol for a week now. Just stuck on this loading page forever. How can I contact support? The app just brings me to articles, nowhere to email them or start a live chat.
