I’m sorry but why is the One piece anime art style is so bad 😭

Help the story of One Piece is so good but the animation team draw them like salad fingers! Someday maybe they’ll remake the anime with a better art style and no filler. What do you guys think? The art is honestly such a let down, before anyone says it fits the manga art style, I would like to once again draw your attention to the photo provided. I also just recently discovered the first adaptation was a film in 1998, it was the first animated adaptation of One Piece, an original video animation (OVA) produced by Production I.G. I wish they handled the anime series. It was 🔥
