How to modify this recipe to accommodate instant yeast?
This is my mom’s pizza dough recipe, as a kid it was always the best! I use instant yeast now and find the middle of the dough can still be damp/chewy? throughout the entire pizza - But everything on top and the crust is always cooked perfectly, so I don’t want to cook it longer and risk it being burnt!
Flat dense scones- help
I can’t get my (American) scones right.
I use frozen grated butter, plenty of fresh baking powder. The recipe I use calls for one table spoon. My ingredients are cold and I don’t over mix. I also place them very close on the pan so they can’t spread much and should rise. Please help
Christmas Cookie Inspo
What are your favorite cookies to make for Christmas? I know it's early, but I want to get ahead so I can potentially make and freeze out cookie dough. I do a big baking weekend in December, and feel like this might save some time and stress.
I typically have some tried and true favorites, but enjoy mixing in a few new options each year. I enjoy taking inspiration from different cultures, but have to avoid nuts, besides peanuts, as one of the recipients has a nut allergy and I don't want to risk contamination.

Trying to create the perfect brownie
I'm struggling to make the perfect brownie! I tried different recipes online; this one was by far the best tasting but the texture is a bit weird - it's fudgy in the middle with a crackly top which is perfect, but the edges had tiny air holes and was more cake-like in texture. What should I do to fix this?
