Just finished my basketball training, but this shite won’t melt. How does one melt it faster?

My companion for the work day

My typical bottle wasn't enough water for my work day. So I switched to my insulated growler so I can have cold water all day without having to beg for water from each customer's house I visit (I do AC in Arizona.. it gets hot in attics..)
