What’s happening to my dog?

Since 2-3 days ago, my dog started having some eye discharge. As seen in pic, there is (constantly) some tear stain and also some white mucus/booger-like substance, which slowly builds up even after wiping. Her sclera is also red. She is a 3.5 yo female dog. She was adopted around 9 months ago with no known history. We are planning a vet visit this weekend but any advice here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Protective at home but not in public

Dom is well socialized he goes to the store weekly and with me to drop off/pick up my son from school and has no issues but if he hears someone outside and home he goes into guard mode. It's only when he can hear but not see the neighbors and he never tries to get to them. He will just get in front of me and growl. He just turned 6 months and still baby. Im more of a cat person (he is my first dog since childhood) so is this normal?

should i be worried about my dogs spay incision?

she got spayed on friday so it's been 6 days and since day 4 she's been jumping on and off the couch without my control. she doesn't whine or cry when she jumps anymore and seems fine but i was wondering if i should be worried. i woke up this morning and saw that there was something sticking out of it, as u can kind of see in the picture! i will be contacting her vet when they're open but i want some opinions from here!

dog spay incision

i was able to take a better picture of her incision and it looks like it’s crusty? last night it didn’t look like that. and the hair at the bottom is mine, kinda looks like it’s sticking out of it. anyways the vet opens in less than an hour so i will be contacting them soon but anyone have an idea of why it looks like that? she also had a umbilical cord hernia which she got fixed when she was spayed.

When should a change in behavior become concerning?

My 5 year old Schnoodle Shadow has had a behavior change in the last couple of weeks. Usually we take him out, put him to bed, tucks him in (my mom treats him like a toddler but he loves it), and he sleeps the night away until we take him out in the morning. But lately we keep finding him crying/whining at the bottom of the stairs at night after getting out of bed, and won’t stop till someone goes downstairs and comforts him. He doesn’t want to play, doesn’t act like he needs to go out (and we always take him out shortly before bed). He’s also been a lot more scared of things lately. Barking more at dogs outside (and people), shaking during thunderstorms, etc. I’m not quite sure what the cause is. He doesn’t *seem* to be in pain or anything. I think a vet visit may be warranted, but I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions on what kinds of problems could manifest like this. He’s always had anxiety problems. He’s on Prozac from the vet which we give him every day for years now also

Would a donut of shame keep my dog from scratching his mouth?

I figured out a few days ago that my dog has a sore on his mouth, specifically on his lower jaw. It looks like he chewed on something until a portion of his lip became raw. It's not currently infected or vet visit worthy, but it's got to itch since he's using a hind leg to scratch it. I'm looking into getting him a cone of shame to prevent him from scratching it and I'm wondering if one of those soft donuts would work just as well, or if he could still get a hind leg up to his mouth.

Anyone know what this could be?

I just saw this today. It’s kind of below his neck area. I did get him a new leather collar but he’s only had it for less than 2 days. Could it cause this in that short amount of time? I haven’t noticed him scratching it.

Dog always has loose stools

My dog, who is 2 and a half, has always had loose stools since we brought him home. He’s been to the vet multiple times, they just basically say he’s healthy, so there’s not much they can do. I’ve tried switching foods, adding the purina forti flora probiotics, I’ve even given him clay that’s supposed to help regulate him, pumpkin as well. Nothing works! He will have slightly solid poops every now and again but that’s about it. Just wondering if there’s anyone out there who has experienced this as well, and if there was something they did that helped. Anyone have any advice on what I could do? He is a kelpie/aussie
