Does my PS5 have enough room to "breathe"?

My Ethernet Connection is Slower Than My Wifi

I don't know why but for whatever reason when I'm connected to the wifi it runs ok but when I use my Ethernet cable, it keeps failing the upload section for the Connection test and the download speed is usually around 500kbps. It used to run perfectly fine so I'm not sure what the problem is or what I should do to try to fix it. For added context I use the little device seen in the picture (it comes in pairs) since my ps5 is too far from the router. One is plugged into an outlet and connected to my console while the other is also plugged into an outlet but is connected to the router
