How do I stop this from leaking?

This nut and bolt is leaking. I tried to tighten it and it is way worse now. This toilet doesn't have its own water shut off so I have to cut water to the whole house until it's fixed

Installing a sewage ejection pump. Does my set up make sense?

I am installing a sewage ejection pump in my basement with 3 planned items to drain into it. A half bath (toilet and sink) and a washer drain. There are existing vents roughed in above that I can tie into. This is currently just a dry fit and nothing has been glued yet. I know the toilet needs adequate space from the planned wall. Is there anything else I’m not considering? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What is this and can unscrewing it help unclog my drain
