Leak In Pump House

The geniuses who failed to install a well pump cut the poly pipes coming up from the cement too short and now attaching anything has leaks. I sprayed flex seal stuff but it didn't work. The leak is on the pipe coming up and turns into pex. Any suggestions on how to get this leak to stop?

Can I 90 my vent by near the roof?

Hi all, I’m doing some minor remodeling in my kitchen and I have a vent pipe to the roof. I’d like to move it against the wall, but I want to use the same hole in the ceiling, so I don’t have to make a new hole. Can I use a 90 near the ceiling to push the remainder of the pipe against the wall? Will this cause venting issues? Thanks!! Pics uploaded.
