Thanks for reccomending a replacement for the graham crackers! My scale was weird when i measured the flour so i had to guess, so they were a bit more fragile than usual but still very delicious! I used the chocolate chip cookie recipe from Laurasbakery.nl

Italian meringue buttercream cause Birthday girl doesn’t like sweet icing- I am NOT a baker. So glad it turned out ok.

My toddler loves diggers and I wanted to bake his birthday cake myself. A bit messy because I should’ve refrigerated the Swiss buttercream before using it.
