My second time making croissants (the first was earlier this week)! Sizes aren’t consistent, but they’re flakey and delicious!! Made cheese, chocolate, and regular. )

How to store frosted cake

I am a bad scratch baker, so I love me box mixes. I want to create a very simple cake and frost it with some cream cheese frosting off the shelf. This is probably a very dumb question, but mom said I was always good at those. If I use this stuff, can I store it on the counter for a few days, or does it have to be refrigerated? It says on the package that I have to refrigerate anything I don’t use, but it says absolutely nothing else. Thanks in advance for not shaming me too badly…

Banana Muffins

I just want to show off my muffins! It’s my first time making banana muffins and they’re lower-sugar (banana and raisin sweetened) and super moist! I decorated half of them with a caramel glaze and candied walnuts.

Not sure of a bigger relief/feeling if accomplishment than when a Bundt releases 😅
