Banana Muffins

I just want to show off my muffins! It’s my first time making banana muffins and they’re lower-sugar (banana and raisin sweetened) and super moist! I decorated half of them with a caramel glaze and candied walnuts.

Not sure of a bigger relief/feeling if accomplishment than when a Bundt releases 😅

How much do you pay for this cake two tiers for 50 people. Dominican cake inside and dulce de leche filling?

Red Velvet

My son asks for red velvet cupcakes every year for his birthday. Who does not like a good red velvet with a tangy cream cheese butter cream.

Thanks for reccomending a replacement for the graham crackers! My scale was weird when i measured the flour so i had to guess, so they were a bit more fragile than usual but still very delicious! I used the chocolate chip cookie recipe from Laurasbakery.nl

Italian meringue buttercream cause Birthday girl doesn’t like sweet icing- I am NOT a baker. So glad it turned out ok.
