Cleveland tattoo shop 2023

Hey Cleveland fam, Been living here going on two years and love it. I have had the opportunity to work with some cool Cleveland tattoo artist but am looking for something in particular. I would appreciate any advice, especially from any tattoo artist. I love American traditional tattoos, and in particular Percy Waters old school tattoos and want to get a ship chest piece done. Is it rude to go into a shop and ask for a particular piece? I want to respect our awesome local artist creativity, but Waters is one of the greats like Sailor Jerry and I’m obsessed with his stuff. I’ve added a picture. Second question is, do you know of an awesome Cleveland artist who specializes in old school that would be open to doing this? Thanks again for any advice! Go Brownies!!!

My friend does nails and gently pushed me to get something special today during our appointment. She did such an amazing job. The dopamine hits are so real and I am in love. Found out the hard way the cost of first energy electricity doubled in June

Today I suddenly got an unexpected deduction from my bank account to the tune of $338.69 from the electric company. I typically pay $120 on budget. Checked my bill and I had not used a lot more than usual at all, in fact I used less than the previous month. According to the first energy representative I talked to, the cost of electricity DOUBLED in June, from approximately 5.5 cents per kWh, to 11 cents per kWh. I was just thinking that it would have been nice to have gotten a warning about this so I could have shopped around and I would be able to make my car payment this month. Now I can’t because of this little surprise. This is just a heads up to anybody who’s budget plan is coming to an end soon, you’ve been getting charged twice the cost for the last 4 months and you will probably owe.
