Lack of Gym Etiquette

I don't understand why it's so difficult to put the weights back on the rack correctly. When they rarely do put them back, it looks like this more often than not.

They take away our plastic straws and paper cups, for paper straws and plastic cups.. solving nothing..

I care about turtles too, but this is counterproductive to the elimination of plastic waste in the oceans.

Just why

Asked if it was available. 2 days later I offered the amount the seller was asking. Seller declined my offer. No explanation. The item wasn't listed as sold either. I hope I didn't do anything wrong, but I'm sad to have missed the item.
