ISO outfit, help please!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for this pair of white pleather shorts. This image is from an amazon review for the top but I really like the shorts. I couldn’t find them on Amazon so I don’t think they’re from there. Something similar would also work; high waisted but no belt loops please. Reverse image search didn’t turn up any leads. Any help is appreciated, TIA!
