did i get scammed?

I am at work ordering a coffee to my girlfriend at home. I got the notification from Doordash that my dasher was approaching and he messaged me he was here so I told him to leave it outside the door to my apartment but he didn’t respond, so I asked my girlfriend to go downstairs and grab it but she said nobody was outside, besides a couple guys sitting in a car but I didn’t want her going up to a random car. They were sitting at exactly where the app said my dasher was so I tried calling the dasher but nobody picked up. I messaged the dasher with what is in the screenshot and that’s how he responded. While this was happening, the restaurant called me and said they were notified the order was picked up but the barista said she was staring at it on the counter and she couldn’t get in contact with the dasher. I didn’t cancel the order but it was cancelled by someone and Doordash had it redelivered no cost. My question is, why? lol If it was a scam what did he get out of it? Not even a free coffee, but does Doordash still pay for incomplete orders?

when I saw 100 items and hell no for me lol but it's just a small bag eventually with $30 doordash paid only for 4 miles drive, insane right? the cost of the item is only 10 bucks.

I have ordered alcohol several times from them, no problem. Got this error over and over again even with turning phone on and off and contacting “support”. What’s the deal? Now I’m just pissed because last customer support girl was so rude when I’m being nice and confused.
