Black build up?

Can someone tell me if this discoloration on my cats nose and at the corner of her eyes is something to be concerned about? It sort of comes and goes. Not sure if this is useful but she’s a senior cat, had hyperthyroidism and is on Methimazole for it. Thanks

How to humanely keep neighbor cats away from your home

TLDR: my cat hates other cats, I've been going outside and scaring the visitor cat away in the middle of the night. How do I keep him away for good so I can keep my sanity? I really need help trying to figure out ways to successfully keep the outdoor cats in my area away from my windows. I barely get any sleep because my EXTREMELY cat aggressive indoor cat loses her mind whenever a cat comes near my apartment. Like I'm talking screaming, violently attacking the windows and anything near her. It's causing so many problems for me, not only can I not sleep but I now need to pay for new screen, and I was sent to the hospital because I lost all feeling in my right arm after my cat bit me while I was trying to close the window. Still don't have all the feeling back in my hand over 3 months later and I can barely move my thumb anymore 🤷‍♀️ (I do not blame my cat for attacking me, she was stressed and it wasn't her fault) There used to be an orange cat who would stop by but he would run away as soon as he saw me, so if he was there all I would have to do is sit up in bed and he'd be gone. Totally manageble. He stopped coming by about 2 months ago, long my cat tore through my screen and kicked his ass and he doesn't come anywhere near my apartment anymore. Great! But now there's a new grey kitten that has been stopping by every. Single. Night. The little asshole just stands there all puffed up while my cat screams bloody murder, and I have to actually go outside in order for him to run away. It's always at like 1am, I work early morning shifts and I can't be getting up every night, I'm losing so much sleep and I'm so sick of this. I also don't want to have my cat be stress running from window to window for like 2 hours after the cat is gone. It's not fair to her. Only positive from this is that I now know how to communicate with her when she's freaking out, I can calm her down a bit by getting up and talking with her but that only does so much(she is an animal after all lol) Included a pic of my lovely little lady who is 6lbs of pure rage and malice
