I really want my paddling pool up but my kitchen tap is a little b*tch!

Hi lovely people! I'm desperately in need of advice. I really want to put up my paddling pool. The trouble I'm having is on filling it up with water. We don't have an outside tap (we rent & the landlord refused to put one in because of the risk of "pipes freezing"). The only tap we can use it our kitchen tap but it is an awkward mixer tap. I did buy a hose but I'm having trouble connecting it (even with unscrewing the little piece at the end). I don't care if I have to buy a whole new hose!!!! Pleeeeeease can someone advise us on what kind of hose and HOW I can connect it to this tap? This heat is killing me!!! P.S: I apologise for the washing up in the background.

Help Understanding Parking Sign

Hi all, this parking sign is beside my gym and I'd like to use it when I go bit I'm not 100% if the "or" clause covers all periods e.g. if I want to park there at 1pm on a Saturday, am I allowed to as long as its less than the 2 hour limit or am I not allowed to park with the 8am-6.30pm?
