How do you make these?

Not my photo obviously. Can anyone tell me how one would go about making something like these accents? It's so thin and wispy and I love it, but I have zero clue where to even start.

First time! This was fun!

Made my first ever wedding cake as a home baker, I had no clue how much time and supplies it would take!

I was really nervous it would fall and had to transport it 2 hours away. The flowers cover up the imperfections but overall I am proud!
