Where is the serial number is on an Asus motherboard?

So long story short, I made the mistake of building my grandparents a pc a couple years ago and I’ve been tech support since. They recently had a power outage and now one hdmi port doesn’t work on the motherboard. I’m wondering if anyone can help me identify where the serial number is for an Asus Prime b560m-a. It’s not under the socket like the website says. My grandfather is trying to send me a pic so I can start the rma process but without knowing where to tell him to look I’m not sure what to do. I can find it myself if I go up there however it’s an hour away and if anyone can help me out that would be great. I was browsing eBay looking at used board for sale to get an idea of what is on the board, looks like possibly a really small string of characters next to the dimm slots. However the label looks nothing like what Asus is showing. Any help is appreciated Tia
