I can’t figure out exactly what year and spec/options this corvette is/has

Does this paint job have any significance?

On the left side, it also said “DOOR” on the drivers door and “FENDER” on the left front fender and a unique paint job. I did not catch the right side at all. Was curious about it. Just some random paint job?
