Has anyone else noticed that the Modular’s releases follow a “straight, corner, straight” pattern? Or am I imagining it?

Missing GWP from Gringotts

Originally I went in to the Lego store at Disney Springs (US/ Florida) to get the gringotts set with the GWP. The workers there told me they weren’t doing the GWP because it was attached to a non accepted IP. (Universal Orlando/ Warner brothers). They told me to order online and have it shipped in order to get the gift with purchases. I immediately went online and ordered the Lego Gringotts set on September 4th. Bear in mind the GWP was supposed to run from the 1st to the 10th. My receipt has the GWP’s included but the package arrived today without any of the promos. Am I completely out of luck here? The resale prices of the gringotts vault add on are already looking at $50+ on eBay. I figured ordering on the 4th was enough time to get a GWP before it ran out of stock. If it wasn’t going to be in stock I would think the receipts wouldn’t show it. Any help is humongously appreciated.

I presume maybe just receipt tape for the little gift shop area? Thought I’d ask in case I’d forgotten some small detail from Hocus Pocus, since the silver plate is definitely a choice.
