Anyone been in this situation?
Because of my low acceptance rate, I was deactivated and opted to go on. I was not interested in continuing to lose money to cheap people and stingy companies, but then I received an email from DoorDash asking me to reactivate my account and pay this fee for the background check. Has anyone been in this situation?
Support wanted me to place 2 orders for the customers.
I arrive to CityBird and their system is down and they have no doordash orders, so me not wanting to affect my completion rate I hop onto support and ask them to un-assign it for me. Instead support insists I go back to the restaurant and place the order for them and wait for the orders to be ready.
