Water leaking from cold valve when opening hot valve

Water is leaking from the cold valve when either the hot water is turned on only or when cold water is turned on. Which valve(s) do I need to replace? TIA

Does anyone know how this comes out and what brand and size it is?

Not a plumber but I can get by. Took me a while and about 3 different tools before I was able to get the retaining ring off. The brass cover says Eljer but I’m not entirely certain that is the brand. Local lowes does not have the cartridge and I want to make sure I get the correct one before I take this one out and or destroy this one in the process. I found one that looks similar but has two tubes that come in from the side of the cartridge. Any tips?
