Black Tie Appropriate?
Got this dress for an upcoming black tie wedding after deliberating on countless other dresses that just didn't speak to me. I've never been to a black tie event before and I worry this is too colorful or poofy. I have a backup but I love this dress so much. I just want to make sure it's appropriate.
Is this too white for a wedding?
really LOVE the fit and look of this dress but not sure if it's too light for a wedding. it's not white but a light tan colour
Formal enough for a semi-swanky venue? I'm shorter so it's about 2 inches above my ankle
Material is satin-y. My shoes will be a blocky heel that I wish were a bit fancier but I couldn't find anything comfortable and I'm broke.
I need your opinion wedding in August, golf course outdoor ceremony, indoor reception
