Flag on Clipper Ship

I’m in the Barcelona harbor today and saw a big clipper ship come in at about 8am. It had a small Spanish flag on the main mast but a massive flag I couldn’t identify flying off the back (where I usually see the country registry flag). I made a crude drawing of the flag but couldn’t find it online anywhere. The ship was moving from right to left, so the flag should be the correct direction. If it’s not super clear, there is a white bar of the same size as the green one above the red stripe. Thanks in advance!

The flag of Kalach, Russia

The date of adoption: August 1, 2014 The authors: Alexander Kozinin, Konstantin Mochenov, Vyacheslav Mishin, Olga Salova The description of the flag: "A rectangular double-sided panel with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, having a white wavy fork-shaped cross uniting three parts of the panel, with a green part at the top and red edges. In the center of each part of the panel, figures from the coat of arms of the city of Kalach are reproduced: a yellow kalach at the top, a yellow winged caduceus on the left, and a yellow pointed tower on the right." “The symbolism of the flag of the urban settlement - the city of Kalach is ambiguous. The fork-shaped wavy cross symbolizes the foundation of the city at the confluence of the two Podgornaya and Tolucheyevka rivers (the basin of the Don River). Kalach "publicly" indicates the name of the city and symbolizes the developed food industry (elevator, sugar and cheese factories). The symbolism of the kalach, like bread, is in the Russian proverb "Bread is the head of everything." The caduceus is a symbol of trade, for which Kalach has been famous at all times. The caduceus (or Mercury Wand), a magical wand crowned with wings and entwined with a pair of snakes, serves as an emblem of mediation, peace and harmony. The tower is a symbol of protection, surveillance, warning, and an allegory of the watchtower around which the town of Kalach later grew.”
