[Homemade] Poached Eggs and Bacon on Sourdough with mock hollandaise sauce
Still a Teenager so a long way to go on the cooking front, but first time doing poached eggs and they turned out pretty good. I wanted to make real hollandaise but sadly didn’t have enough egg yolks
Made [homemade] pizza for the first time.
Been wanting to make pizza for my wife for a while now but have been procrastinating. I finally mustered up the courage to buy some flour and make pizza dough. I made the dough and let it sit in the fridge for 48 hours. Took the dough out and allowed it to sit at room temp for 3 hours until finally making the pizza. I was impressed with myself. The shape turned out like crap. Taste wise? Man it was amazing. The crust was airy and crunchy. Let me know what you guys think!? Any tips are welcome. I am trying to be a better pizza maker and baker.
