And damn, I can’t wrap my head around what’s happening! I’m a free spirit, drop-dead gorgeous, and yet, I keep slamming face-first into the same messed-up drama. I dive into conversations, start building something fresh, fall head over heels, only to stumble upon a photo of some guy with a tiny kid—turns out it’s his. Or, even worse, his ex calls outta nowhere, suddenly down for IVF, and boom, he’s racing across the country to make it happen.
Hell no, I’m not sticking around for that crap. I cut ties with these losers faster than you can blink. But seriously, this is the second time I’ve stepped on the same freaking rake. When will I learn?
